All payments must be made in full before the start of any project unless a custom agreement is made in writing.

2. Payment Instructions

Please make sure to send payment only to the verified account details provided directly by us.

After payment is made, kindly share proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID) so that your project can be started without delay.

3. Currency

All payments are accepted in the currency mentioned on the invoice or quotation (usually USD or AED, unless otherwise agreed).

4. Payment Confirmation

Your payment will be verified within 24 hours after receipt. Once confirmed, we will notify you and begin the project as per the discussed timeline.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please review that policy for full details before making any payment.

6. Late or Failed Payments

Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.
In case of a failed or delayed transfer, the client must contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any delay caused by incomplete or pending payments.
